The role

At Synergie, we are selecting a Maintenance Technician to join a well-established company in the industrial sector located in Borges Blanques.

What you'll do

Main duties

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery and facilities.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic breakdowns.
Carry out tasks according to the priorities set by the Maintenance Manager.
Manage and control the materials and spare parts needed for maintenance.
Monitor safety stock levels of key equipment and components.
Report incidents, production stoppages, and improvement proposals.
Supervise and support external companies during on-site work.
Comply with established procedures and work instructions.

Requirements

Vocational training (CFGM) or related education in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or similar fields.
Previous experience in industrial maintenance.
Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial mechanics.
User-level proficiency in computer tools.
Organized, proactive, and resourceful, with strong teamwork skills.

Nice to have

Intermediate English.
Training in Isocyanates.
Industrial boiler operator license.
Training in Legionella.
Forklift license (UNE 58451).
Training in aerial work platforms (UNE 58923).
Knowledge of electrode and/or TIG welding.

Preventive and corrective maintenance, industrial fault diagnosis, basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
