🎯YOUR MISSION
What you'll do
Contribute to the achievement of the objectives assigned to your area, marketing spare parts through sales channels, following the procedures established by the company, brand standards, and the guidelines of your Superior.
MAIN DUTIES
Management and follow-up of the spare parts and accessories customer portfolio.
Prospecting for new customers and analyzing business opportunities in the market.
Technical and commercial advice regarding parts, accessories, and promotional campaigns.
Coordination with the Call Center area and the warehouse for the registration and processing of orders.
Monitoring of collections, returns, and customer claims.
Recording and updating commercial activity in digital systems and CRM.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
Commercial profile with a clear orientation toward the customer and results.
Negotiation capacity and effective communication.
Basic technical knowledge of automotive and spare parts.
Proactive, resourceful attitude focused on teamwork.
Ability to detect commercial opportunities and build customer loyalty.
