Spare Parts Sales Representative — South Zone (Alzira)

• Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in a similar position, preferably in a dealership.
• Minimum formal training of FPI or FPII.
• Knowledge of mechanics, bodywork, and computer systems for order management and vehicle parts breakdown.
• Good command of office software tools.
• Organizational skills, customer orientation, and teamwork.
• Proactive profile, with commercial and communication skills.

Manage and develop the customer portfolio in the southern zone of Valencia, offering specialized advice on spare parts and accessories, guaranteeing quality service, and contributing to the growth of the department.

• Advise customers on spare parts and accessories, both workshops and end customers.
• Manage documentation in the company's ERP (Quiter): incoming and outgoing delivery notes, as well as order management.
• Attend to customers by telephone, email, and through in-person commercial visits.
• Perform commercial prospecting in the assigned zone to acquire new customers.
• Follow up and control orders together with the spare parts specialists at each location.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to resolve incidents during the various stages of the process.
