The role
Context
At SYSTRA Ardanuy we are looking to hire a Building Technician to join our Construction Management Technical Assistance team for an important ADIF project.
We are looking for a professional with experience in building and construction, capable of performing technical monitoring of the works and coordinating with the different teams and agents participating in the project.
Missions/Main Duties
You will be part of the technical assistance team, participating directly in the monitoring and control of works related to building.
What you'll do
- Perform monitoring and control of building works.
- Supervise that execution is carried out in accordance with the project and technical specifications.
- Control progress, quality, and correct execution of the works.
- Review technical and construction documentation.
- Detect and monitor incidents.
- Coordinate with the Construction Management, contractors, and other technical teams.
- Participate in monitoring and coordination meetings.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to construction monitoring.
- Support the technical assistance team in the control and monitoring of activities.
