Technical Sales Support Team Leader

• You are the person we are looking for if: You have experience in technical support, technical services, application engineering, or customer-oriented technical assistance. You bring previous experience leading teams, coordinating projects, or managing technical resources. You have a background in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical discipline. You possess a solid capacity for analysis and the resolution of complex technical incidents. You stand out for your communication, organization, and customer orientation skills. You have experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and different stakeholders. You have a fluent level of Spanish and English (B2).

• In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Leading and coordinating a team of technical support specialists, fostering their professional development and ensuring a high level of performance. Organizing and distributing the team's workload, establishing priorities and guaranteeing compliance with agreed service levels. Providing specialized technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams, acting as a point of reference for complex inquiries and escalations. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Product, Engineering, and other technical departments to respond to customer needs. Analyzing incidents and coordinating the resolution of technical problems, ensuring effective responses oriented toward customer satisfaction. Monitoring service performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing actions to optimize support quality. Driving the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and procedures within the technical support area. Guaranteeing the updating and dissemination of technical knowledge within the team to ensure the quality and consistency of the service provided.
