Service Delivery Manager

• Education: Engineering or similar degree.

• Experience: 7 to 10 years managing implementation, migration, and infrastructure consolidation projects in Data Centers (colocation or edge).

Hard Skills:

• Expert knowledge in Data Center infrastructure: cooling, data management, racks, trays, and tolerance levels.

• Mastery of international standards: Uptime Institute, BICSI, TIA, OCP, ASHRAE, ISO 22237, EN50600, among others.

• Languages: Fluent English (C1-C2) for international communication.

Soft Skill Profile

Are you capable of designing a complex technical solution in the morning and supervising its physical installation in a mission-critical environment in the afternoon?

We are looking for a strategic and transversal profile to act as the ultimate link between the client, the sales teams, and technical execution. This is not an administrative management position; it requires a dual nature: leading Service Design in technical pre-sales and acting as an implementation Project Manager once the contract is formalized.

Location: Madrid (with availability for national and international travel)

Sector: Technological Infrastructure / Data Centers (Leading Company)

1. Technical Pre-sales Phase (Service Designer):

• Direct communication with clients for the analysis of technical, operational, and business requirements.

• Translation of needs into viable technical solutions aligned with the company's portfolio.

• Defense of the added value and the reliability differentiators of the solution against the market.

• Coordination of internal technical resources and simultaneous management of multiple opportunities.

2. Implementation Phase (Project Manager):

• Single point of contact (technical and operational) after the contract is signed.

• Detailed technical design of the data center fit-out, defining costs, deadlines, and resources.

• Strict control of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).

• Comprehensive planning and monitoring of quality milestones, supervising room conditioning works.

• Critical logistics management: coordination of shipments, customs, equipment installation, and local suppliers.

3. Construction and OPR Support:

• Incorporation of client requirements into the design bases during the OPR phase.

• Review of conceptual, basic, and execution design.

• Absolute ownership of critical milestones: Network Early Access and Customer Early Access.
