Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training with a technical specialty.
  • Experience in industrial mechanical design, preferably in machinery, auxiliary equipment, or complex industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in NX design tools and Teamcenter; experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, I-DEAS, or other CAD tools will be valued.

What you'll do

You will join the Auxiliary Machinery area, within the Engineering Directorate, participating in the development of the equipment and facilities that support the manufacturing, maintenance, and operation of our trains.

Your mission will be to design and develop mechanical solutions for auxiliary machinery, guaranteeing its correct operation, integration, and compliance with technical, regulatory, and project requirements, collaborating with the different areas of the company and external suppliers.

To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:

  • Design and develop mechanical solutions for auxiliary equipment, including pit lathes, measuring equipment, and other industrial systems associated with the railway environment.
  • Perform 3D and 2D design, mechanical calculations, and structural analyses, guaranteeing the technical viability and optimization of the developed solutions.
  • Coordinate the technical integration of the equipment with the Purchasing, Production, Commercial, and other departments involved in the project.
  • Technically manage suppliers, participating in the definition of specifications, monitoring of supplies, and analysis of product modifications or improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain the technical documentation of the system, ensuring compliance with internal standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
