A very high level of English is required, with a minimum equivalent to C1, given that the position involves constant interaction with clients, suppliers, and international personnel.

It is necessary to have intermediate level office automation knowledge, with fluent handling of basic document management and communication tools being essential.

It is important to have an extroverted profile, with ease for interpersonal interaction and coordination between different departments.

Additionally, a proactive, organized person with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail is required. We especially value the capacity for teamwork, adaptability to dynamic environments, and an orientation toward resolving operational incidents.

Access / Welcome Support staff are responsible for the reception, accompaniment, and access management of internal and external personnel upon their joining the company, as well as the operational control of entry to the facilities and the airport environment. They act as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers, and employees during onboarding processes.

The future challenges to take on when joining our company include:

• Accompaniment and welcome onboarding: Accompanying internal and external personnel during their first day at the company, guaranteeing a correct welcome experience and support in their integration into the facilities and airport environment.

• Management of access and airport passes: Preparing, managing, and controlling access passes for internal and external personnel, coordinating their issuance and validation with the Teruel airport, as well as the access control of vehicles on the airport apron.

• Documentary control and permit management: Managing documentation associated with access and authorizations, including the monitoring of expiration dates, renewals of driving permits for the airport apron, and coordination of required exams.

• Administrative support and operational assistance: Managing ordinary mail, answering telephone calls, and providing support related to the specific functions of the position to the various departments of the company, ensuring the correct flow of internal and external information.

• Quality, safety, and continuous improvement: complying with safety instructions and SMS (Safety Management System) regulations, using protective equipment, promoting workplace safety, and participating in the continuous improvement process.
