The customs technician is responsible for managing, controlling, and coordinating customs procedures and formalities associated with the import, export, and transit of goods within the company. They supervise compliance with customs regulations and prepare and review the required documentation.   • Customs documentation control: complete and update control tables (clearances for consumption, LAME receptions, exports, T1 issuance and receipt); enter and maintain data in the ERP; file and safeguard customs and logistics documentation.

  • Management of guarantees and files: control customs guarantees; manage the receipt, issuance, and tracking of files under T1; prepare and process files for aircraft arrivals under customs control; manage RPA files and request their extensions.

  • Operational and logistics management: coordinate receipts and shipments with clients and carriers; prepare and manage operational documentation related to customs movements; provide internal support to the logistics department.

  • Customer service: advise clients on customs matters, providing operational, documentary, and regulatory support; address inquiries and facilitate the correct execution of operations under customs control.

  • Inventory control: manage and supervise stock within the Customs Warehouse (DA); conduct periodic inventories and ensure the integrity of material records.

  • Relations with agents and authorities: coordinate procedures with the customs agent; submit documentation and carry out formalities with the customs authority; assist and accompany during customs inspections.
