Aeromechanical Maintenance Expert, with a permanent contract, for our Teruel site

The technical expert is responsible for technical and quality support for the team leader. They observe the tasks carried out by mechanics and technicians in maintenance and modification activities, investigate, and intervene when necessary, in order to validate the work performed.

The future challenges to take on upon joining our company include:

• Technical support and expertise: Provide technical and quality support to operational teams, contribute their expertise in complex activities, and offer support to Project Managers on technical matters with clients.

• Controls, inspections, and compliance: Carry out execution controls (physical or documentary), conduct final inspections, and draft and sign the necessary documents to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the organization's procedures, as well as with EASA/FAA regulations and requirements.

• Training and skills transfer: Participate in the training of mechanics and technicians in their specialty.

• Planning and documentation: Contribute to the planning of production activities and to the preparation of budgets for new projects.

• Quality, safety, and continuous improvement: Respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) standards, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process.

An advanced level of English is essential, with proficiency in reading, conversation, and writing.

It is required to hold a PART-66 B1.1 and/or B2 license, as well as type ratings on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft. 

Provide solid experience in aeronautical maintenance under PART M and/or PART 145 regulations, performing control functions in production-planned activities.

The candidate is expected to be capable of taking on goals and challenges, ensuring effective performance management. They should act with autonomy, rigor, and organization, knowing how to structure activities and manage priorities efficiently. Furthermore, teamwork spirit and decision-making ability will be key to success in the role.

Experto/a en mantenimiento Aeromecánico, con contrato indefinido, para nuestra sede de Teruel

El/la experto/a técnico/a es el/la responsable del soporte técnico y de calidad para el jefe de equipo. Observa las tareas realizadas por los mecánicos y técnicos en las tareas de mantenimiento y modificación, investiga e interviene cuando es necesario, con el fin de validar los trabajos realizados.

Los futuros retos a asumir al incorporarse a nuestra empresa incluyen:

• Soporte técnico y experiencia: Proporcionar apoyo técnico y de calidad a los equipos operativos, aportar su experiencia en actividades complejas y dar soporte a los Project Manager en cuestiones técnicas con los clientes.

• Controles, inspecciones y conformidad: Realizar controles de ejecución (físicos o documentales), llevar a cabo las inspecciones finales, redactar y firmar los documentos necesarios para garantizar que todas las actividades se realizan de acuerdo a los procedimientos de la organización, así como con las normas y requisitos de la EASA/FAA.

• Formación y transmisión de competencias: Participar en la formación de mecánicos y técnicos en su especialidad.

• Planificación y documentación: Contribuir a la planificación de las actividades de producción y a la elaboración de presupuestos para nuevos proyectos.

• Calidad, seguridad y mejora continua: Respetar las instrucciones de seguridad, utilizar los equipos de protección, aplicar las normas del SMS (Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad), promover la seguridad en el trabajo y contribuir al proceso de mejora continua.

Es imprescindible contar con un nivel de inglés avanzado, con dominio en lectura, conversación y redacción.

Se requiere disponer de la licencia PART-66 B1.1 y/o B2, así como de habilitaciones tipo en aeronaves Airbus y/o Boeing.
