Aeronautical Mechanic, with a temporary contract, for our Teruel site

The Aeronautical Mechanic B1/B2 provides direct support in aeronautical maintenance operations carried out under EASA/FAA Part 145 regulations. Assists technicians with tasks related to aircraft mechanics and systems, following established procedures and providing basic technical support.

  • Support in Part 145 maintenance operations: assistance with aircraft and engine maintenance tasks following regulations, client protocols, and manufacturer documentation, including testing, fault finding, and minor authorized interventions.

  • Support in disassembly, inspection, and assembly: collaboration in the disassembly, identification, verification, labeling, and subsequent assembly of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural components, ensuring their conformity and proper functioning.

  • Technical monitoring and control: assistance in monitoring the condition of parts, compliance with technical specifications, performing basic adjustments, and following defined processes in engine management.

  • Operational relationship with other areas: cooperation with storage and engine maintenance services, preparation of necessary supplies, and support in engine maintenance in the warehouse.

  • Traceability and communication: recording and reporting of parts, incidents, and completed work, transmitting information to the team leader, and signing off on work orders associated with minor operations.

Job requirements

A Higher Degree in Aeronautical Maintenance Engineering of aircraft is required.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in MRO or similar is required.

A Higher Degree in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, or equivalent technical training that provides a solid foundation in mechanical systems will be valued.

A basic level of English will be necessary to interpret technical documentation, with an advanced level being especially valued to facilitate communication in international environments.
