About the role

To support the group's growth and meet its upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking:

Logistics Coordinator, with a permanent contract, for our Teruel facility

The Logistics Coordinator oversees warehouse operations and goods management, as well as the reception of materials and components, ensuring the correct receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products. Manages inventories, coordinates logistics flows, and ensures compliance with deadlines and operational procedures.

What you'll do

The future challenges to be undertaken upon joining our company include:

  • Receiving and storage management: Supervise the reception of materials, check and verify internal and external documentation, register materials in the ERP, locate and label components, organize warehouses, and optimize storage locations, in addition to controlling inventories and stock, including scrap.

  • Tool control and returns: Track loaned tools, coordinate returns, and manage associated transportation.

  • Goods preparation and dispatch: Handle packaging and crating, loading of shipments, preparation and control of documentation (delivery notes, CMRs), and customs management.

  • Internal operational support and customer service: Assist mechanics with the movement of large-volume materials, collaborate on logistics tasks required by various teams, and attend to internal and external customers.

  • Administrative completion and follow-up: Complete material control tables and ensure the correct registration of parts and components in the company's systems.

  • Quality, safety, and continuous improvement: Adhere to safety instructions, use protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process.

Job requirements

Qualification: Intermediate or Higher Degree in Logistics, with previous experience in roles related to the position.

Proficient in office software at an operational level and an intermediate level of English.

A valid forklift license is required. 

Ability to work autonomously, in an organized and methodical manner, demonstrating initiative and a focus on effectively resolving incidents. Skill in coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining a structured view of the assigned activities.
