Requirements
What we're looking for
Possess a Degree in Nursing with specific training in occupational health.
Demonstrate experience as a company nurse, preferably in an industrial environment.
Be able to obtain and interpret health information about the products used from safety data sheets. Be proficient with computer and office tools.
The candidate must be dynamic and proactive, with a high level of autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills. They must have a strong sense of service, be able to build trusting relationships both with internal teams and external contacts.
Furthermore, strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and a clear orientation towards teamwork and collaboration are required. The candidate must also demonstrate a strong ethical commitment, evaluating situations with sound judgment and communicating proposals and conclusions responsibly, while always preserving confidentiality and the trust placed by colleagues and clients.

The role
To support the group's growth and tackle its upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is looking for:
Nurse, with a permanent contract, for our Teruel site
Reporting to the Director of the Infrastructure, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment department, the nurse's role will be to promote occupational health within the company, raise staff awareness of risks, and ensure medical care for employees in the event of accidents.
What you'll do
The future challenges to take on when joining our company include:
Employee monitoring and care: ensuring proper reception, emergency care, monitoring of absences for any reason, guiding employees to the appropriate services, keeping the minor accident log up to date, and ensuring proper management of medical supplies.
Prevention and awareness: propose and implement prevention actions (addictions and healthy lifestyle habits, PPE, chemical products, etc.), including through external collaborations, design and deliver training modules on topics related to occupational health (OSH, noise-related risks, MSDs, gestures and postures, etc.).
Collaboration with health and safety services: act as a liaison with the occupational health service, participate in internal investigations and IHSE projects, and coordinate the internal workplace first aid network.
Risk assessment and action plan: conducting or contributing to measurement campaigns (noise, dust, chemical products, etc.), carrying out or participating in risk analyses and proposing mitigation measures, implementing workplace adaptation measures.
Activity monitoring: alerting and reporting any anomalies, ensuring the updating and statistical analysis of occupational health data.
Quality, safety, and continuous improvement: following safety instructions, using protective equipment, applying SMS (Safety Management System) rules, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement process.
