Logistics Team Leader

Qualification of Intermediate or Higher Degree in Logistics or International Trade. A Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management will be valued.

We require a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in functions related to the position, warehouse management, logistics, or administrative and personnel management, and to hold a valid forklift license.

Operational-level proficiency in office software and intermediate English level.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different profiles is required. Leadership skills and experience in team management. A proactive attitude, with initiative to anticipate needs and opportunities for improvement, as well as the ability to identify, mediate, and resolve conflicts.

Strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Knowledge related to Part 145 regulations will be valued.

The team leader is responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of the staff under their charge, ensuring the correct distribution of work and compliance with established procedures. They must also provide operational support to the team in task execution, guaranteeing order, cleanliness, and proper storage in the work areas. They will lead the team within their scope of responsibility, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, deadline, and safety standards, and will act as a reference and primary support point for the supervised staff.

The future challenges to take on when joining our company include:

• Planning and team supervision: plan, supervise, and coordinate the team's daily work, assigning tasks based on individual competencies; act as an operational reference and support the team in executing activities under their responsibility.

• Warehouse and operations organization: organize the warehouses, define the distribution of spaces, and ensure their efficient use; ensure proper management of daily operations and resolution of incidents, applying the most suitable solutions in each case.

• Order, cleanliness, and safety: ensure cleanliness and order in the work areas; comply with and enforce the company's safety guidelines, as well as the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Documentation and systems management: supervise and support the documentation control of receipts and shipments; supervise, prioritize, and support the proper management of entries and exits in the company's ERP, ensuring traceability and reliability of information.

• Regulatory compliance: apply the necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (quality, Part 145, customs, transport, etc.), reporting any anomalies or difficulties to the direct supervisor.

• Inventory management: manage and supervise inventories within their scope of responsibility, ensuring the integrity of stock and proper recording of materials.

• Billing and service control: gather the necessary information for billing services provided to clients; issue and control the corresponding CQUs for said services.

• Performance management: lead daily SQCDP meetings; manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within their scope of responsibility.

• People management and development: participate in the hiring processes for their area; support the development of team competencies, ensuring mandatory training is completed and fostering continuous improvement.

• Quality, safety, and continuous improvement: Respecting safety instructions, using protective equipment, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement process.
