About the role

Team Leader, with a permanent contract, for our Teruel site

The team leader is responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of the staff under their charge, ensuring the correct distribution of work and compliance with established procedures. They must also provide operational support to the team in task execution, guaranteeing order, cleanliness, and proper storage in the work areas. They will lead the team within their scope of responsibility, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, deadline, and safety standards, and will act as a reference and primary support point for the supervised staff.

What you'll do

  • Planning and team supervision: plan, supervise, and coordinate the team's daily work, assigning tasks based on individual competencies; act as an operational reference and support the team in executing activities under their responsibility.

  • Warehouse and operations organization: organize the warehouses, define the distribution of spaces, and ensure their efficient use; ensure proper management of daily operations and resolution of incidents, applying the most suitable solutions in each case.

Job requirements

Education: Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Logistics or International Trade. An Advanced Degree in Business Administration and Management will be valued.

Minimum of 5 years of prior experience is required in roles related to the position, warehouse management, logistics, or administrative and personnel management, as well as holding a valid forklift license.

Operational-level proficiency in office software and intermediate English level.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different profiles is required. Leadership skills and experience in team management. A proactive attitude, with initiative to anticipate needs and opportunities for improvement, as well as the ability to identify, mediate, and resolve conflicts.
