Requirements

What we're looking for

Spring Boot / Java.
Relational and NoSQL databases, especially PostgreSQL and MongoDB or similar.
Eventual consistency architectures, with experience in technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spring Cloud Stream or similar.
Reactive programming.
Knowledge and experience applying DDD (Domain Driven Design).
Experience in SDD (Spec Driven Development).
Experience in testing, including:
- Unit tests.
- Integration tests using Docker containers.
- E2E tests, using tools such as Karate or similar.
Experience working with architectures deployed entirely in Cloud environments.

In terms of skills, we are looking for a senior, autonomous team with solid experience in backend development, accustomed to working in high technical demand environments.

Additionally, it is important that they have experience in AI-assisted development, such as OpenCode, Claude Code, VS Code Copilot or similar, and that they know how to integrate them effectively into their daily development.

In summary, we are looking for Senior Backend Java profiles, with a solid technical foundation, experience in modern and cloud architectures, and accustomed to working with current development methodologies and tools.
