Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist - Technical-functional profile

Responsible for the implementation, operation, and technical evolution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Marketing Cloud Advanced. You will act as the team's technical reference, covering advanced needs such as the development of Cloud Pages, AMPscript, SSJS, and complex automations, while participating in the communication strategy and customer lifecycle (CRM/CDP).

• Management of Data Extensions, SQL Queries in Automation Studio, and data modeling for advanced segmentation.

• Configuration and administration of Marketing Cloud Advanced: Einstein Features, Mobile Studio (Push/SMS), Advertising Studio.

• Implementation and maintenance of web tracking (Marketing Cloud Personalization / Interaction Studio) and tracking scripts.

• Diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents: delivery errors, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentications, bounces, etc.

• Technical documentation of developments, processes, and data architectures.

Functional / Strategic Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of email marketing, SMS, and push notification campaigns.

• Definition of segmentation and personalization strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Collaboration with Marketing, IT, and Data teams to ensure data quality and source integration.

• Internal support and training for the rest of the team on the use of the platform.

• Reporting and analysis of campaign results: open rate, CTR, conversion, attributed revenue.

• Monitoring of platform updates and proposals for continuous improvement.
