Helpdesk Support Technician

• You have a degree in IT
• You have at least 6 months of experience in technical field positions in customer service, public-facing roles, and/or sales.
• You have user-level knowledge of JIRA, SalesForce, and other ERPs.
• You have knowledge of Linux, MacOS, Windows, Android, iOS.
• You have a driver's license and your own vehicle
• You have the ability and flexibility to travel geographically on an occasional basis, in order to provide on-site support to centers

• It would be ideal if you have an intermediate level of English.
• You are comfortable in dynamic environments. You organize and plan your work efficiently.
• You understand your clients' needs perfectly, and your communication and negotiation skills allow you to resolve the most critical situations. You believe in networking, and your influence and leadership skills are part of your DNA.

• Contract from June 19 to December 15
• Flexible Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday: Entry between 8:00 and 9:30 and exit between 5:30 and 19:00.
  • Friday: Entry between 8:00 and 9:00 and exit between 14:00 and 15:00.
• Salary: 19,500 e/b/annual (Possibility of evaluating salary range based on candidate's experience)

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure the proper customer service, generating and following up on support tickets and resolving questions or technical incidents.
• Manage customer databases in the CRM of the company to ensure that information is properly recorded in the information systems and other ERPs.
• Produce documentation of procedures and software tools.
• Perform testing of our products on different operating systems/devices to ensure a proper customer experience when using our products/services, as well as ensuring the proper use and maintenance of testing equipment.
