Requirements

What we're looking for

Between 2 and 5 years of experience related to the functions of the position.

Nice to have

- Advanced knowledge of Office and high competencies in communication and problem-solving, initiative, organization, and attention to detail are required.

- Knowledge of financial and analytical accounting is required.
- Knowledge or formal training in foreign trade, customs management, tariffs, etc., will be valued.
- Experience in Financial Audit will be valued.

- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI will be very positively valued.

- Knowledge of international taxation will be highly valued.

Education & certifications

Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Business Administration + Law.

Languages

- Minimum C1 English is essential; knowledge of other languages will be valued.

The role

We are looking to add a person to the Project Administration team who will perform the following functions, being part of top-tier international Industrial Project teams:

What you'll do

- Monitoring and validation of supplier and subcontractor invoicing (engineering services, supply of equipment and materials, construction subcontracts...).
- Support to the Project Financing area (identification and notification of needs, documentation, etc.)
- Management of bank guarantees for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Invoicing to clients.
- Support for collections management.
- Support in the preparation of project progress reports, as well as others of an economic-financial nature at the request of the Corporate Financial Management (Cash-flow, Ageing, etc.)
- Development and implementation of administrative procedures.
