Analysis Engineer

Provide direct support to the Forecast Staffing Analysis Manager in the collection, validation, modeling, automation, and predictive analysis of multiple work fronts both at the Home Office level and across the different Operational Centers.
The position features a strong component of Advanced Data Analytics, BI Architecture, Digital Transformation, and applied Artificial Intelligence. The incumbent will be responsible for structuring, automating, and integrating multiple company operational sources and tools, covering ecosystems of project control, planning, hours charged, procurement, physical progress, and corporate repositories. Through the cross-referencing of large volumes of information and support via advanced analytics and AI tools, they must detect early deviations, build predictive models, and ensure data integrity and traceability for decision-making. To perform their duties, they will work in close coordination with the Project Management, Proposals, Project Planning and Control, Engineering, Procurement, Operational Centers Management, and Workload Management teams.

Specific Functions:

• Multi-source Integration, Data Processing, and Quality (ETL): Extract, clean, transform, and consolidate data from multiple systems, corporate tools, and operational databases.
• Modeling and Forecasting: Develop, evolve, and maintain analytical and predictive models to estimate future requirements for multiple variables related to the Company's operability and efficiency.
• Gap and Deviation Analysis (Gap Analysis): Perform cross-checks between reported planning, actual progress, and the available capacities of the Operational Centers to identify early deviations in resource quantity or distribution, alerting to possible impacts on schedule, cost, or capacity.
• Development of Analytical Ecosystems and Automated Reporting: Design, build, and maintain semantic models, interactive dashboards, and analysis tools that serve the various needs of the Department.
• Practical Application of Artificial Intelligence and Automation: Incorporate Artificial Intelligence capabilities (generative assistants, Copilot, intelligent automation, or predictive algorithms) to streamline the generation of code and queries (DAX, M, SQL, Python/VBA), optimize data cleaning and cross-referencing processes, and enrich the analysis of operational scenarios.
• Scenario Simulation and Management Support: Prepare advanced simulations (what-if analysis) in the short, medium, and long term using various analysis tools to support Department Management and the Operational Centers & Workload Management Directorate in decision-making.

Generic Functions:

• Digital Transformation, AI, and Continuous Improvement: Promote and lead the technological evolution of the area through the use and integration of digital tools and Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, optimizing data capture flows, connecting dispersed repositories, and reducing manual consolidation and analysis times.
• Methodological Standardization and Data Governance: Actively participate in the development, standardization, and updating of procedures, templates, data dictionaries, and corporate models.
• Technical Support and Cross-functional Liaison: Provide methodological and technical support to stakeholders in Projects, Proposals, Disciplines, and Operational Centers regarding the use of the various tools, applications, and reporting formats managed by the area.
