FCC, in its Infrastructure Area, needs to incorporate a Senior Electrical Engineer into FCC Construcción, a leading company in its sector, with a presence in more than 25 countries and 125 years of experience.

• Development and supervision of the design of High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Low Voltage (LV) electrical installations in national and international projects.
• Design, coordination, and integration of low current systems, including telecommunications, security, CCTV, access control, fire detection, and fire suppression.
• Integration of electrical systems with SCADA platforms, automation, industrial control, and communications.
• Preparation and review of electrical installation projects for unique infrastructures such as hospitals, airports, convention centers, railway stations, logistics centers, and data centers.
• Technical development of electrical installations for civil engineering projects, including tunnels, metro, railway infrastructures, electrification, signaling, and linear works.
• Technical coordination with mechanical, civil, structural, architectural, and special systems engineering disciplines to ensure the correct integration of the installations.
• Definition of design criteria and ensuring compliance with applicable national and international electrical regulations.
• Preparation of technical reports, specifications, data sheets, engineering reports, and contractual documentation.
• Carrying out measurements, cost estimates, budgets, and economic valuation of technical solutions.
• Participation in bidding processes, analysis of tender documents, identification of technical risks, and preparation of national and international technical offers.
• Evaluation of risks and opportunities during the design and execution phases of the project.
• Development of optimization and value engineering proposals aimed at improving the technical and economic efficiency of the projects.
• Definition of technical scopes, deliverables, and specifications for the contracting and monitoring of external engineering firms and specialized subcontractors.
• Technical supervision of execution on-site, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, deadline, and cost requirements.
• Coordination of testing, commissioning, and validation of electrical installations and integrated systems.
• Preparation and review of energy certifications and energy efficiency analysis of the installations.
• Management and coordination of digital models using CAD, Revit, and BIM tools, guaranteeing the correct integration of project information.
• Use of specialized software for electrical calculation, lighting, short circuits, selectivity, grounding, and electrical network design.
• Technical support and mentoring of junior engineers and technical profiles within the project team.
