Our current challenge is to adapt to regulatory security requirements and strengthen the protection of our educational platforms and cloud services. We are looking for an Information Security Manager who is eager to take on a key role, grow with us, and help us build a solid and effective security culture.

What you'll do

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of ENS and ISO 27001 within the company.
  • Design and oversee security controls: access, encryption, and business continuity.
  • Manage security alerts and incidents, proposing agile and effective solutions, including participation in on-call duties to address critical incidents during server outages or other relevant events.
  • Review and coordinate security measures on Linux and Windows servers, as well as on cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or similar.
  • Collaborate on the configuration and oversight of WAF (Web Application Firewall) and perimeter controls.
  • Develop security policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Manage monitoring tools and develop automations and rules to ensure the security of our environments.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness among employees and work together with the security team at Telefónica Spain.
  • Support the cybersecurity subcommittees with the rest of the Telefónica group companies and follow up on related tasks.
