The main mission will be to accompany development teams in building secure software, helping to integrate security into the day-to-day of the product, from design to operation. You will act as a connection point between the product team and the Security team, facilitating that security needs, criteria, and best practices are applied in a realistic, useful, and sustainable way.

What you'll do
- Drive and ensure S-SDLC, helping security to become a natural part of the software development lifecycle.
- Perform internal vulnerability monitoring, working with tickets in Jira and helping to prioritize their resolution according to criticality, impact, and effort.
- Review and audit the security of our GCP cloud environment, mainly in Security Command Center.
- Act as an interlocutor with the Security department, conveying criteria, risks, needs, and decisions between Security and the product teams.
- Participate in architecture design decisions, providing a security vision from early stages.
- Collaborate in the configuration or improvement of security controls such as authentication and authorization, OAuth, WAF, Cloud Armor, Model Armor, or other protection mechanisms.
- Promote a security culture in the development team through training nuggets, best practices, evangelization sessions, and practical examples regarding common attacks, security by design, or new threats.
- Stay up to date on security trends applied to new technologies, especially in areas such as artificial intelligence, APIs, automation, and cloud services.
