Education

REQUIRED

University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent technological field, or demonstrable professional experience providing a comparable level of knowledge.

Current official certification or technical accreditation in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Experience

More than 5 years of professional experience in Identity Governance & Administration projects.

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evolving solutions based on SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Experience in defining IGA architectures and designing identity lifecycle governance models.

Experience integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with authoritative sources, corporate directories, enterprise applications, databases, and services through connectors or custom developments.

Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and modification processes, provisioning and deprovisioning, access certifications, segregation of duties, roles, and access policies.

Experience technically leading projects, coordinating teams, and overseeing the quality of deliverables.

Experience participating in pre-sales activities, estimations, preparation of technical proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.

Ability to work with technical stakeholders, security officers, architects, management, and executive leadership.

Technical skills

Advanced knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, components, configuration, and functional capabilities.

Mastery of IGA processes: Joiner, Mover, Leaver; provisioning; access certifications; role management; policies; segregation of duties; and account governance.

Experience integrating with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, HR systems, enterprise applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and specific connectors.

Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, rules, workflows, forms, and SailPoint IdentityIQ customizations.

Knowledge of identity architectures, authorization models, RBAC, ABAC, and governance of the lifecycle for internal and external users.

Ability to define high-availability architectures, security, integration, performance, traceability, and operational considerations.

Knowledge of migration methodologies, data analysis, identity reconciliation, and transitions between IGA platforms.

Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, version control, configuration management, and automation of the deployment cycle.

Additional certifications related to SailPoint IdentityIQ, security architecture, identity management, or cybersecurity.

Training in architecture methodologies, project management, information security, or reference frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or Zero Trust.

Experience migrating from legacy or custom-developed IGA platforms to SailPoint IdentityIQ will be especially valued. Certifications (desirable)
