About the role

In the MANAGED SERVICES & INTEGRATION unit at Tech, we deploy and manage security services for end customers. Specifically, within the Integration department and after the sales phase, we are responsible for implementing projects involving numerous cybersecurity technologies.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to participate in the deployment, integration, and operation of projects related to cloud security technologies (CNAPP/CSPM), primarily with Wiz across multicloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Your day-to-day:

Resolving customer cases (incidents and requests) related to cloud security technologies like Wiz and the protected AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

Opening cases with vendors and leading them to resolution.

Following defined level 2/3 operational procedures, while proposing improvements to them.

Producing deliverables such as weekly and monthly reports, etc.

At a technical level for the existing platforms:

Configuring/modifying/monitoring security policies, compliance rules, and the necessary security posture on the Wiz platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP accounts and subscriptions.

Continuous analysis of security policies, findings of misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and attack paths detected by Wiz in cloud environments, prioritizing risk on protected assets and identifying potential false positives that could impact customer operations.

Defining and maintaining baseline policies (guardrails) and security posture baselines that leverage the new features offered by Wiz and the native security services of AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responding to threats, critical misconfigurations, and attack paths in cloud environments that could pose a risk to the organization.

Performing supervision, adequacy, and delivery of reports on critical incidents, committed to the customer.

Evaluating the deployment of new policies, integrations, or modules related to Wiz and the previously described multicloud environments.

Participation in incident response, collaborating with the team responsible for it.

Experience

Experience with Wiz or the aforementioned CNAPP/CSPP technologies (+6 months)

Experience in administering cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their security services (+1 year)

Experience in deploying security projects (+1 year)

Education

Required:

Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar. Also, the possibility of training in higher education degrees related to the aforementioned topics.

Nice to have

Desirable

Advanced certification in Wiz or cloud security certifications (AWS Security, Azure Security Engineer, Google Cloud Security, CCSP), etc.

Certifications related to project management.

Languages

Technical knowledge
