What you'll do

  • Multichannel support (voice, email, chat): Resolution of inquiries related to user account information on the app, their booked rides, and any billing information they may need.
  • Management of critical aspects: Prioritization and resolution of high-urgency inquiries, following specific protocols to guarantee an immediate response.
  • Management of trip incidents: Review and resolution of issues with journeys (cancellations, delays, fare discrepancies, incorrect routes, vehicle problems, etc.), following established procedures.
  • Basic technical support for the app: Assistance with access issues, verification, payment methods, updates, application errors, or profile configuration.
  • Management of claims and compensations: Evaluation of cases, application of internal policies, and issuance of compensations when appropriate.
  • Case registration and documentation: Accurate updating of each interaction in internal tools, ensuring traceability, data quality, and compliance with operational standards.
