What we're looking for

  • Education: BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
  • Languages: C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience: Proven sales and/or marketing experience (2+ years preferred), with a track record of winning over clients in high-stakes, target-driven environments.
  • Technical & AI Savvy: Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach; experienced in improving CRM systems.
  • Dutch Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Dutch business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems.

As a Dutch Google Ads Sales Executive, you will drive growth for our valued clients in the Dutch market. You will serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on providing exceptional service-oriented Google Ads solutions to emerging businesses and established local enterprises. Your objective is to onboard a portfolio of new clients, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy. What you'll do
