The role

Would you be interested in continuing to develop your career as a Support Technician in stable projects?

What you'll do

On-site and remote support to users in Windows 10/11, macOS and Linux (Ubuntu or Debian, at an advanced user level).
Installation and layout of workstations, replacement of equipment with data and profile migration, peripherals and network printers.
Office suites: Microsoft Office 2016/2024 and LibreOffice; IMAP/SMTP and webmail email clients; Adobe.
VoIP Telephony: configuration and replacement of SIP terminals.
Ticketing tools (GLPI, OTRS, Jira Service Management or other): registration, classification and documented closure.
Hardware: diagnosis, assembly and component replacement.

Requirements

Experience: minimum 4.5 years in user support (Service Desk or microcomputing), preferably in the public sector, university or research centers.
Languages: B1 English is valued.
Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
Experience with Windows, Linux and macOS.
ENS training certificate (or commitment to obtain it before starting).
Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation is valued.
