What we're looking for

We are looking for new talent with an advanced or bilingual level of Japanese (minimum C1 or N2) and Spanish (minimum C1) to join our team.
You will be responsible for handling passenger inquiries/requests related to their luggage and tickets.

- We need you to reside in Seville or have the possibility to work on-site at our facilities (Los Remedios area) in order to subsequently transition to a hybrid modality.
- Remember that the language proficiency required for the position is a minimum C1 in both (Japanese and Spanish). A level test will be conducted.

How you'll work

LOCATION: Seville (Los Remedios area).
CONTRACT: 6 months, with real possibilities of continuity.
WORKING DAY: 38 hours per week (Mon to Fri).
IN-PERSON TRAINING: at our Seville site from 19/10 to 20/11.
WORKING HOURS: Night shift, from 01:00 to 09:00h (from 02:00 to 10:00h during summer schedule).
SALARY: €1,593.39 gross/month (language bonus included).
MODALITY: On-site in Seville, with the option of a hybrid model (50% teleworking) once the learning curve is completed.
START DATE: 19/10/2026.
