We need to fill an administrative assistant position in Valencia.

What you'll do

Functions:
- General support and secretarial work (Microsoft Office skills)

- Purchasing Management (placing orders and acting as the contact person for Purchasing)

- HR Management for the Eastern Region: P01, P02, P03, support in recruitment processes, etc.

- Support role for Management in handling environmental and occupational risk prevention (PRL) matters, in coordination with these departments

- Communications with City Councils, answering phone calls and managing written correspondence via the electronic office, as well as responding to claims when applicable

- Support in preparing settlements with City Councils and monthly closings, and electronic billing for City Councils and clients

- Customer service, dealing with City Councils and subordinate staff

- Support in preparing presentations with information for potential clients (PowerPoint)

- Internal management of residents, complaints, collections at summer centres (at least L'Ametlla, and any others that may arise depending on needs or availability)
