We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the labor and legal area for an important multinational.
What you'll do
- Collaborate in the migration of litigation documentation and administrative files resulting from the change of departmental tools.
- Collect documentary evidence for judicial and administrative proceedings.
- Support the management of administrative conciliations (SMACs).
- Manage the department's invoicing.
- Collaborate in the management of procedural and administrative notifications received by the group's companies.
- Support the management of the procedural calendar, documentation filing, and the preparation of internal reports.
- Manage and process payments related to judicial and administrative proceedings
Hiring
- Duration: 1 month
- Working day: 8 hours daily
- Teleworking: Possibility to telework 2 days per week (40%)
- Salary: €18,000 Gross/Year
- The proposed schedule would be the following: 09:00 to 18:30 with an initial distribution of M-Th 9:00-18:30 (with one hour for lunch); F: 9:00-15:00, which can be adapted in July and August
