Administrative Assistant (Labor & Legal Area)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the labor and legal area for an important multinational company.

• Collaborate in the migration of litigation documentation and administrative files resulting from the department's change of tools.
• Gather documentary evidence for judicial and administrative proceedings.
• Support the management of administrative conciliations (SMACs).
• Manage the department's invoicing.
• Collaborate in managing procedural and administrative notifications received by the group's companies.
• Support the management of the procedural calendar, document filing, and preparation of internal reports.
• Manage and process payments related to judicial and administrative proceedings.

• Salary: €18,000 gross/year

EUR 18,000 per year

• Duration: 1 month
• Working day: 8 hours per day
• Remote work: Possibility of working remotely 2 days per week (40%)
• The proposed schedule would be as follows: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with an initial distribution of Mon-Thu 9:00 AM-6:30 PM (with one hour for lunch); Fri: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, adaptable in July and August.

• Colaborar en la migración de documentación de litigios y expedientes administrativos derivada del cambio de herramientas del departamento.
• Recopilar prueba documental para procedimientos judiciales y administrativos.
• Apoyar en la gestión de conciliaciones administrativas (SMACs).
• Gestionar la facturación del departamento.
• Colaborar en la gestión de notificaciones procesales y administrativas recibidas por las sociedades del grupo.
• Apoyar en la gestión del calendario procesal, archivo de documentación y elaboración de reportes internos.
• Gestionar y tramitar pagos relacionados con procedimientos judiciales y administrativos

• Salario: 18.000 € B/A

EUR 18,000 per year

• Duración: 1 mes
• Jornada: 8 horas diarias
• Teletrabajo: Posibilidad de teletrabajar 2 días por semana (40%)
• El horario propuesto sería el siguiente: 09:00 a 18:30 con una distribución inicial de L-J 9:00-18:30 (con una hora para comer); V: 9:00-15:00, pudiendo adaptarlo en Julio y Agosto
