Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 6 years of experience in managing training activities.
Minimum 3 years leading teams.
Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and business development.
Knowledge of the third sector and the social and educational ecosystem.
Knowledge of professional training and continuous training regulations.
Familiarity with Public Administration and its procedures.

Education & certifications

Training Director

Lead the training strategy of a leading organization in the social and educational field

We are looking for a person with strategic vision, leadership capacity, and a passion for learning to take over the direction of the Training area of a consolidated entity with strong social impact.

The mission of the position will be to guarantee the excellence of the training experience, drive the sustainable growth of the activity, lead multidisciplinary teams, and promote innovation in a training offering oriented towards transforming people and organizations.

What you'll do

As Training Director, you will lead the strategy and integral management of the area, ensuring the quality, sustainability, and innovation of all training programs.

You will work closely with management and different teams to consolidate the organization's positioning as a benchmark in training, responding to the changing needs of the sector and generating real impact in society.

Define and deploy the strategy of the Training area, aligned with the objectives and values of the organization.
Guarantee the quality of the training experience in all its phases: design, planning, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.
Supervise and validate the training offering, ensuring its adequacy to market needs and its pedagogical excellence.
Design and monitor the commercial strategy, driving business development and the acquisition of large clients.
Lead the preparation and monitoring of the area budget, guaranteeing the economic sustainability of the activity.
Define and supervise the marketing and positioning actions of the training offering.
Manage, develop, and inspire the team, promoting a culture of collaboration, commitment, and talent development.
Analyze regulatory evolution and adapt the training strategy to regulatory changes.
Supervise projects linked to grants, tenders, and public competitions.
Drive continuous improvement and the digital transformation of management processes and tools.
Institutionally represent the organization before entities, federations, administrations, and key agents of the sector.
Identify trends and opportunities to innovate and evolve the training proposal.
