The role

We are currently looking for Customer Service Teleoperators for a Call Center located in Meco.

The selected person will be responsible for handling calls, resolving incidents, and performing administrative tasks derived from the position. Sales functions are not required.

How you'll work

  • From Monday to Friday, in the morning shift from 09:00 to 17:00 h, or
  • From Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 h and Saturdays from 09:00 to 16:00 h.

Requirements

➡️ Previous experience in telephone customer service.

➡️ Experience in incident management and resolution.

➡️ Proficiency in IT tools.

➡️ Availability to work in one of the indicated schedules.
