HR Generalist Technician in Terrassa

• Initial contract through an ETT for approximately 4-6 months, with subsequent incorporation into the company.

• Full-time.

• Flexible start and end times: between 8:00 and 9:00 h and between 17:00 and 18:00 h, with flexibility in meal times between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

• Approximately 20 Fridays per year with reduced working hours until 13:45/14:00 h, by previously compensating 15 minutes daily.

• Salary of €30,000 gross per year.

From the Barcelona office, we need to recruit a GENERALIST HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN for an important company in the industrial/automotive sector located in Terrassa.

The selected person will join the Human Resources department, working alongside the area manager and providing support to an extensive workforce distributed across two production centers.

• Integral management of selection processes, for both operational staff and technical and office profiles.

• Posting job offers, CV screening, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with the managers of the different areas.

• Management and coordination of Temporary Employment Agencies (ETT), including hiring, hour tracking, incidents, and invoicing.

• Management of worker training and development, detecting training needs and preparing and executing the annual training plan.

• Autonomous management of training bonuses through the FUNDAE platform.

• Searching for and coordinating training providers and monitoring training actions.

• Management of the Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) area: coordination of business activities (CAE), PPE and workwear, medical check-ups, training, first aid kits, and accident/incident investigations.

• Control and management of the attendance system and time registration for workers at the two production plants.

• Management of rosters and rotating shifts, as well as monitoring overtime, absenteeism, vacations, and medical leave (IT).

• Direct assistance to workers to resolve queries related to payroll, collective agreements, shifts, vacations, permits, absenteeism, and internal policies.

• Application and monitoring of the corresponding collective agreement and current labor regulations.

• Maintenance and updating of internal Human Resources procedures.

• Support in audits and specific requirements of the automotive sector.

• Communication and coordination with the Works Council regarding training, ETT hiring, and other matters related to Human Resources.

• Management and control of staff vacations.

• Participation in projects related to performance evaluation, equality, and pay transparency.

• Preparation of content and internal communications related to news and topics of interest to workers.

• Work mainly at the Terrassa center, with travel to the second plant located in another town in Vallès approximately 1-2 times per week.
