Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree, preferably in Labor Relations or Labor Sciences.
Postgraduate training (Master's) in HR, preferably in labor law or legal practice.
Knowledge of the Google environment.
At least 1 year of experience.

The role

As a Human Resources Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the stores that make up our Madrid area in everything related to the policies and actions of our Human Resources Directorate.

Your main functions will be:

Advising center managers on labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal regulations.
Guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations.
Proposing measures to prevent and resolve problems in the assigned life zones.
Accompanying the ZdV HR in works council meetings and the Health and Safety Committee.
Managing union elections.
Managing the disciplinary regime.
Collaborating with the rest of the ZdV HR areas: Recruitment, Training, Communication and Participation,
Personnel Department,
