From our company, we are selecting a Call Center Coordinator with real experience in energy to lead a sales team in Barcelona.

We are looking for someone who already knows how an energy call center works and how to orient a team toward results.

1. Train and select the telesales team.
2. Supervise and coordinate our sales agents to achieve the fulfillment of the objective.
3. Analysis of call data, call frequency, intervals between them, and effectiveness ratio measures
4. Perform follow-up to detect possible deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
5. Provide reports/feedback on the assigned team.
6. Audit calls.

• Fluent Catalan and Spanish
• Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Results orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Previous experience in outbound calling (in the energy sector or others)
• You have coordinated telephone sales teams in energy (minimum 1 year)
• Know how to analyze calls, conversion ratios, and productivity.
• Audit calls and provide clear feedback.
• Lead through high standards and by example.
