The role

Do you have experience leading commercial teams and are you motivated by the challenge of getting the maximum performance out of a shopping center stand? From GI BPO, an important Italian multinational, we are looking for a coordinator to drive and develop the team, ensuring excellent execution and the achievement of objectives.

What you'll do

Guarantee service excellence by leading the stand's commercial team: daily coordination, talent development, and performance optimization.

Leadership and team management

Coordinate and supervise the daily activity of the team.

Motivate, accompany, and grow the sales representatives.

Organize shifts, breaks, and task distribution.

Create a positive and collaborative work environment.

Manage incidents and possible internal conflicts.

Commercial supervision

Monitoring of objectives and indicators (KPIs).

Analysis of team productivity and performance.

Detection of deviations and application of corrective actions.

Guarantee compliance with authorized commercial policies.

Training, reporting, and communication

Onboarding of new hires.

Manage operational incidents.

Reporting and communication with managers

How you'll work

Location (to be chosen according to vacancy)

-CC Aluche (Madrid) - Av. de los Poblados, 58 (28044)

-CC Isla Azul (Madrid) - C/ Calderilla, 1 (28054)

Schedule: Rotating shifts 10:00-16:00 or 16:00-22:00, Monday to Sunday (with breaks according to regulations).

Contract: 40 h/week

Profile we are looking for

Recommended experience: 12-24 months in similar positions/sector.

Valuable: experience in stands, fairs/events, brand activation campaigns, and regulated commercial environments.

Competencies: proactivity, empathy, effective communication, positive attitude, adaptability, and teamwork.

Valuable training: leadership and team management, digital tools and analysis; feedback and performance evaluation.
