Team Supervision Manager

The selected candidate will join a company in the logistics sector located in Oiartzun, working the night shift.

The main duties will be:

·       Support in organizing and coordinating the night shift.

·       Monitoring and support for the work team and drivers.

·       Control of daily operations, including parcel reception and routes.

·       Management of basic operational incidents.

·       Carrying out simple administrative tasks.

·       Progressive learning of supervisory duties, alongside a senior manager.

We offer:

• 32-hour contract per week through a staffing agency, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff based on performance.
• Annual salary according to the collective agreement.
• Initial training and support from a senior supervisor.
• Start date expected: Immediate

• Night schedule: from 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Durango

• Availability to work the night shift.
• Previous experience in logistics or team management will be positively valued.
• A responsible person, with organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
• Own vehicle required to access the workplace.
• Basic knowledge of English.

La persona seleccionada se incorporará a una empresa del sector logístico ubicada en Oiartzun, trabajando en turno nocturno.

Las funciones principales serán:

·       Apoyo en la organización y coordinación del turno nocturno.

·       Seguimiento y apoyo al equipo de trabajo y a los drivers.

·       Control de la operativa diaria, incluyendo recepción de paquetes y rutas.

·       Gestión de incidencias operativas básicas.

·       Realización de tareas administrativas sencillas.

·       Aprendizaje progresivo de funciones de supervisión, junto a un responsable senior.

Se ofrece:

• Contrato de 32 horas semanales a través de ETT, con posibilidad de incorporación a plantilla según rendimiento.
• Salario anual según convenio.
• Formación inicial y acompañamiento por parte de un supervisor senior.
• Incorporación prevista: Inmediata

• Horario nocturno: de 2:00 a 10:00 h.
