Supermarket Manager - Fuerteventura

Important group specialized in food retail chains is seeking MANAGERS for its centers in FUERTEVENTURA with the highest management volume: large Cash & Carry stores with high turnover and significant order preparation flow & commercial activity.

Duties:

The candidate must ensure the achievement of sales, profitability, and operational objectives, leading a team of approximately 12 people and ensuring excellent customer service for the Horeca channel.

Direct responsibility will include:

• Profit and loss account.
• Sales and achievement of objectives.
• Margin control.
• Inventory and stock management.
• Team leadership.
• Operational management of the center.

• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with a weekly rest of 1 fixed Sunday and a second day during the week.
• Salary based on experience, from €27K gross/year

. Higher education degree preferred.

. Commercial and operational profile.

. Previous experience as a Manager in a hypermarket and/or large-format retail surfaces.

. Strong leadership, teamwork, negotiation, and incident management skills.

. Must have own vehicle.

. Food handler certificate.

. Forklift license.

. Residence in Fuerteventura or genuine availability to relocate.

Funciones:

Deberá garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y operativa, liderando un equipo de aprox. 12 personas y asegurando un excelente servicio al cliente del canal Horeca.

Tendrá responsabilidad directa sobre:

• Cuenta de explotación.
• Ventas y cumplimiento de objetivos.
• Control de márgenes.
• Gestión de inventarios y stock.
• Liderazgo de equipos.
• Gestión operativa del centro.

Se ofrece

• Contrato directamente por empresa
• Jornada completa
• Turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde, con descanso semanal 1 domingo fijo y un 2do día a la semana.
• Salario según valía, desde 27K B/A

. Experiencia previa como Gerente en Hipermercado y/o superficies de gran tamaño.

. Alta capacidad de Liderazgo, Trabajo en Equipo, Negociación y Gestión de incidencias.

. Carnet de Manipulador de alimentos.

. Carnet de Carretillero.

. Residencia en Fuerteventura o disponibilidad real de traslado
