Requirements

What we're looking for

-1 to 4 years in preparation of technical offers and budgeting in bidding environments.

-Degree in TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING

-Knowledge/experience in network architecture

-Knowledge/experience in security systems (CCTV, access control) and fire protection systems.

-Knowledge of applicable technical regulations

- Minimum English level B2

Nice to have

Use of AutoCAD, Visio, and MS Project.

Fiber optic networks and protocols.

Radio communications and point-to-point links.

Skills and competencies

Proficiency in technical writing and commercial argumentation.

The role

We are currently looking for a TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER for the BUDGETING/PROPOSALS department for a major company in the sector.

The objective will be to define telecommunications solutions and prepare high-value technical and economic proposals. You will act as a bidding specialist, translating client requirements into conceptual designs and budgets, without assuming construction implementation tasks.

What you'll do

*The functions to be performed are as follows*

-Review and break down technical specifications, guarantees, and requirements.

-Design network architectures and systems (fiber optics, security, radio communications).

-Draft technical reports, functional diagrams, and justification annexes.

-Prepare cost sheets, comparative analyses of supplier offers, and profit margins.

-Coordinate the receipt of prices and timelines with purchasing, engineering, and suppliers.

-Participate in solution design workshops and in offer presentations.

-Facilitate the transfer of all technical information to the project team after contract award.

-Analysis of specifications

-Preparation of technical reports
