We are looking to hire a warehouse assistant with previous experience in the chemical sector and a valid forklift license.

What you'll do

1. Responsible for the logistics documentation area for both warehouse entries and exits.

- Reception of warehouse entries, verification of quantities, labeling, placement, and correct computerised reception according to the defined procedure.

- Stock review, counting, and random stock checks.

- Customer service when they collect material (order) at the factory.

- Order preparation (picking) and placement of finished products and raw materials both inside and outside the warehouse.

- Hiring the defined transport agencies following the services defined by the company.

2. Documentary management of delivery notes.

3. Assisting the driver, ensuring the safety of the loading and unloading of trucks (except tankers).

- Generating documentation for drivers in accordance with regulations, ensuring the concordance of batches and products, so that the documentation and material reach the customer correctly.

4. Providing the tintometric technician with raw material (bases) to supply production, and moving finished product from IPT to the warehouse.

5. Informing the Customer Service department regarding delivery date requirements, incidents in material delivery, and incident resolution to maintain good customer service.

6. Completing manufacturing residues with previous productions using the vacuum manipulator.

7. Strapping pallets using the automatic shrink wrapper and leaving them in the warehouse loading area (Playa)
