What you'll do
Plan, review, and validate projects together with the commercial and technical departments.
• Supervise progress throughout the entire project life cycle. Including the products and services offered, deadlines, and documentation review.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose solutions to risks and incidents.
• Actively manage the project through periodic meetings with clients and subcontractors, supervising work and resolving incidents.
• Monitoring of projects during execution in accordance with the established budget.
• Creation, editing, and active participation in the project's technical documentation, including reports and blueprints.
• Human capital management and motivation of teams to achieve greater productivity.
• Management of KPIs in their area of responsibility.
