Teleoperator / Financial Services Sales Representative - Permanent Contract

From our company, we are recruiting for an important company located in Madrid a TELEOPERATOR / FINANCIAL SERVICES SALES REPRESENTATIVE 

The main function of the position is making outbound calls to sell FINANCIAL SERVICES to CLIENTS OF THE BANKING ENTITY ITSELF.

- Start date IMMEDIATE 

- Stability and PERMANENT contract (first 4 months with TEMPS and then direct hire) 

- The first 2 months are a Probationary Period 

- Salary: €8.90 /hour/ gross + commissions.  

- Fully paid training and with a contract from the start.   

We offer the following schedules:  

• Schedule of 30 hours per week on the afternoon shift. Hours: Monday to Thursday from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM and Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM  
• REDUCED schedule of 22 hours per week on the afternoon shift. Hours: from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday to Thursday and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Fridays. 

- Possibility of alternating with remote work at the company's discretion starting from the 3rd month.

Desde nuestra compañía estamos seleccionando para una importante empresa ubicada en Madrid a TELEOPERADOR/A COMERCIAL DE SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS 

La función principal del puesto de trabajo es la emisión de llamadas para la venta de SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS a CLIENTES DE LA PROPIA ENTIDAD BANCARIA.

-Fecha de incorporación INMEDIATA 

- Estabilidad y contrato INDEFINIDO (primero 4 meses con TEMPS y luego incorporación) 

-2 primeros meses son Periodo de Prueba 

- Salario: 8,90 € /h/ bruto + comisiones.  

- Formación completamente remunerada y con contrato desde el inicio.   

Contamos con los siguientes horarios:  

• Jornada de 30h semanales en turno de tarde. Horario: de Lunes a Jueves de 14.30 a 21.00 h y viernes de 14 a 18h  
• Jornada REDUCIDA 22H semanales en turno de tarde. Horario: de 16:00 a 21:00 de lunes a jueves y de 16:00 a 18:00 los viernes. 

- Posibilidades de alternar con teletrabajo bajo criterio de la empresa a partir del 3er mes.
