About the role

We are looking for managers for debt collection for an important company specialized in online loan recovery.

What you'll do

Tasks:

Managing non-payment

Customer service

Negotiating offers

Creating payment plans

What you'll get

We offer:

Three-month contract through a temporary employment agency + permanent position with the company

Salary: €11.22/ gross per hour fixed (30-hour workweek) + performance-based variable pay

Paid training with an employment contract from day one.

Percentage based on targets

EUR 19,635 per year

How you'll work

After the temporary employment agency period, you move to the company with a stable 40-hour/week contract (with a proportional salary increase) and work 2 Saturdays per month

Schedule: 30 hours/week: MONDAYS FROM 10 AM TO 5:30 PM / TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS FROM 10 AM TO 5 PM / SATURDAYS FROM 9 AM TO 2:30 PM. WEDNESDAYS AND SUNDAYS OFF
