What you'll get

Three-month ETT contract + incorporation into the company

Salary: 11.22 €/ gross /hour fixed (30 h/week working day) + variable based on objectives

Paid training and with an employment contract from the start.

Once the ETT contracting period has passed, you will move to the company with a permanent contract of 40 h/week (with the proportional salary increase) and you will work 2 Saturdays/month

We are looking for collection agents for an important company specializing in online loan collection online.

Management of non-payment

Customer service

Negotiation of offers

Creation of payment plans 

How you'll work

Schedule: 30h/week working day : you work MONDAY FROM 10 TO 17:30 / TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY FROM 10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM / SATURDAYS FROM 9 TO 14:30. WEDNESDAY AND SUNDAY ARE OFF

Location: Metro Suances 

Requirements

Availability to work Saturdays

Experience in debt collection

Negotiation of offers

Claiming non-payment

Essential Excel knowledge: intermediate level
