Degree holder in Law, Data Protection

We are looking for an administrative legal professional focused on data protection for an important multinational company.

Duties: Managing the client's ARCO rights and those of the rest of the group's companies through the client's tool, from entry to completion, following the procedure established by the client. Managing mailboxes. Managing GDPR complaints. Managing LOGPDD breaches. Preparing monthly follow-up reports on the activity carried out. Communicating, reporting activity, and resolving incidents to the client.

Annual gross salary: €17,567.68

 Remote work: 50%. Training at the center for as long as deemed necessary; once training is consolidated: 50% remote work and client visits.

Location: Sant Joan Despí

 Mon–Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. + holidays 

Three-month contract through a temporary employment agency, with possible transition to the company's permanent staff.

Degree in Law

Demonstrable experience in Data Protection.

Proactivity.

Excellent oral and written expression.

Advanced command of the Office Suite, especially in preparing reports in PowerPoint.

Excellent command of Spanish, and Catalan is desirable, both spoken and written.

Funciones: Gestión a través de herramienta de cliente de los Derechos Arco de cliente y resto de empresas del grupo desde su entrada hasta su finalización siguiendo el procedimiento establecido por el cliente. Gestión de buzones. Gestión de reclamaciones GDPR. Gestión de Vulneraciones LOGPDD. Confección de informes de seguimiento, mensuales, relativos a la actividad desarrollada. Comunicación, reporte de actividad y resolución de incidencias al cliente

Salario bruto anual 17.567,68

 Teletrabajo: 50% Formación en el centro el tiempo que se considere necesario; una vez consolidada la formación: teletrabajo al 50, y visitas a cliente.
