Law Graduate or Bachelor + Master in Law (Mallorca)

• At least 1 year of experience with an employment contract and/or academic experience related to the required degree.
• From 2 years to 5 years of experience in the field of the required degree (experience with an employment contract and/or academic experience) (Contribution Group 01 or 02)

• Course and/or training in Public Sector Law (to be attached during the registration process)
• Proficiency in Word and Excel (will be verified during technical assessment)
• Knowledge of Catalan/Valencian, Minimum Level B2 (will be verified during technical assessment)

• You possess a University degree (Meces Level 3) in Law or a Bachelor's Degree + Official Master's in Law (degree recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the Secretaría General de Universidades)

• Processing of files relating to construction projects.
• Preparation of legal reports, resolutions, proposed agreements, publications, communications, etc.
• Preparation of legal documents and monitoring of judicial matters.
• Drafting of specifications.

  OFFERED:
  Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 3 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
