The role

What you'll do

  • Updating the management of litigation status.
  • Filing and collection of judgments. Preparation and updating of the internal case law database.
  • Management of legal costs.
  • Preparation and updating of hearing calendars.
  • Preparation and management of databases regarding judicial proceedings.
  • Liaising with court representatives (procuradores).
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Support to lawyers.

How you'll work

  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Permanent contract, full-time with flexible hours, possibility of teleworking.
  • 34 working days of vacation/year.
  • In our facilities you will find a private gym, medical service, restaurant, social club, etc.
  • Salary: €30,200 gross/year.

THE CANDIDATE WILL BE A PERSON

  • Proactive, methodical, and highly organized.
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, with a great capacity for teamwork and multi-skilled.
  • With user-level knowledge (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Desirable to have a university degree in law and legal experience.
  • High level of English: demonstrable C1.
