What you'll do
As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing tools for task automation, improving data management, optimizing operational response, and reducing manual errors in industrial and digital transformation environments. You will collaborate on technological innovation projects and the implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions for Thales.
- Develop software tools to automate manufacturing processes, optimizing metrics such as OEE, MTBF, and YIELD.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (control plans, KPIs, and procedures) for implemented changes.
- Participate in the design of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and in the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Create dashboards to track key metrics and project execution (100% coverage).
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to align software solutions with operational objectives.
- Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities in industrial processes.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Knowledge of software development (languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar).
- Proficiency with databases and analysis tools.
- Basic knowledge of industrial process automation (experience with IoT, PLCs, or SCADA systems is a plus).
- Languages: Fluent level of Spanish and an advanced level of English.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.

- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Como parte del equipo, serás responsable de desarrollar herramientas para la automatización de tareas, mejorando la administración de datos, optimizando la respuesta operativa y reduciendo errores manuales en entornos industriales y de transformación digital.
