Systems Engineer

· 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles.

· Hands-on experience in Kubernetes administration and cluster operations.

· Solid operational knowledge of AWS services (compute, networking, IAM, storage).

· Strong Linux server administration skills.

· Clear communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

At Q-tech, we are collaborating with a company dedicated to the development of technological projects within the motorcycle sector.

We are looking for a mid-level Systems Engineer to join the Infrastructure team and ensure stable, secure, and scalable operations on a hybrid platform. This role combines cloud operations, virtualization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD enablement to support critical services during the MotoGP season and throughout the year.

· Monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability of production and event infrastructure.

· Operate and support Kubernetes clusters managed with Rancher.

· Administer services in AWS and VMware vSphere environments in a hybrid model.

· Manage Linux servers, hardening, patching, and performance optimization.

· Build, optimize, and resolve incidents in GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

· Monitor and maintain circuit infrastructure, including regular updates and performance optimization.

· Provide support in incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.

· Collaborate with development and platform teams to improve deployment speed and resilience.

· Prepare and execute infrastructure readiness plans for operations at MotoGP events.

· Team model: You will work within an infrastructure team of 3 people.

· Event support: Minimum attendance at 8 MotoGP events is required (working from the Barcelona office).

· Daily model: Remote work is available on all non-event days.

· Office policy: In-person meetings can be scheduled at the Barcelona office and attendance is mandatory.
