Community Manager

• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of digital communication strategies and the media plan aligned with branding and communication objectives.

• Create content by adapting it for different digital platforms and interact and foster interaction with the audience, manage requests, etc.

• Analyze the performance metrics of our social networks, adjusting strategies to maximize impact, engagement, and conversion.

• Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with established timings.

• Generate monthly reports on social media performance and community activity by analyzing the reach, engagement, and conversion of campaigns and activities.

• Propose and execute continuous improvements in social media and community management strategies based on data and community feedback.

• Coordination with the design and brand partnership departments.

• University Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Advertising.

• Minimum of two years of experience in social media management and community management.

• Creative writing skills and the ability to adapt content to different audiences.

• Analytical capacity to evaluate campaign performance and community interaction and to generate continuous improvement strategies.

• Availability to travel.
