Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Permanent full-time contract.

  • A stable position with clear functions within the Operations team.

  • Initial training in our processes, products, and management system.

  • On-site work at our 22@ facilities in Barcelona.

The role

We are looking for a person to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our warehouses: receiving material, outgoing shipments, internal movements, and general organization. The goal is to ensure that any part can be located, that the system stock matches the physical stock, and that production, R&D, and installation teams have the material they need when they need it.

Our warehouses are spread across several sites in the 22@ district, so the position includes coordinating and recording material transfers between them. In the first few weeks, you will also participate in the setup of new warehouse spaces (locations, labeling, and system entry), following the criteria of the operations team.

The position reports to the Operations team and works in daily contact with Purchasing, Production, and R&D.

What you'll do

  • Receive incoming material and check it against the purchase order, recording partial receipts.

  • Communicate supplier issues (damages, errors, shortages) to Purchasing.

  • Perform a basic receiving inspection and separate non-conforming material until engineering reviews it.

  • Place each component in its location and keep locations updated in the system.

  • Prepare and carry out material transfers between different sites, recording each movement in the system.

  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and signage in each warehouse space.

  • Participate in the organization of new warehouses: distribution of locations, labeling, and system entry.

  • Prepare and record material going to production, testing, customer installations, or returns to suppliers.

  • Prepare material kits for production and R&D based on Bills of Materials (BOM).

  • Coordinate shipments and pickups with carriers, providing the necessary documentation.

  • Record material returning from customers (replaced parts, loaned equipment).

  • Perform cycle counts and participate in the annual inventory.

  • Detect and investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock, and correct them.

  • Identify obsolete or quarantined material and communicate it so its destination can be decided.

  • Monitor minimum stock levels for commercial components and propose adjustments based on actual consumption.

  • Notify Purchasing in advance when a part is close to running out.

  • Check material availability for production and R&D orders and report shortages.

  • Manage returns to suppliers: request authorization (RMA), pack, label, and schedule the pickup.

  • Review returned packages arriving at the warehouse and record whether they return to stock, go for review, or are written off.

  • Follow up on each return until the credit note, replacement, or repair is closed.

  • Maintain the registry of tools and equipment assigned to the warehouse (code, location, and responsible person).

  • Prepare a weekly summary regarding inventory reliability, stockouts, and open returns.

  • Review current warehouse processes (receiving, locations, labeling, movement and return recording) and identify what can be done better.

  • Propose and apply concrete improvements, agreeing upon them with the Operations team.

  • Document procedures so that any team member can follow them.

Profile

  • An organized, methodical, and consistent person.

  • Rigorous with data: a stock discrepancy is not accepted until its origin is known.

  • Prefers to verify with a physical count rather than assuming.

  • Comfortable working with several teams at once and prioritizing requests.

Hiring process

  1. Initial call with the Talent team (30 minutes).

  2. Practical test at our facilities regarding a real warehouse case (a receipt, a discrepancy, or a return).

  3. Interview with the Operations and Purchasing teams.
